ChiPseq and methylome analysis

We have extensive experience in data analysis from ChIP sequencing experiments, and also technical experience in obtaining sequences from immunoprecipitates of our collaborators. Likewise, we also master techniques for the analysis of methylation levels in CpG islands, using bisulfite treatment.
